Maytee Schlecht is the founder and owner of Reveal Style Consultancy in Morristown, New Jersey. She has undertaken extensive independent studies as well as formal training in color analysis, anatomically correct cosmetic application, and the art of dressing. Her approach to style and beauty is the result of a life-long interest in style, and an admiration of women who “get it right”.

Maytee has concluded that successful style is not an accident. She has studied women in the forefront of fashion who have successfully developed their own signature style and she has brought what she has learned down to earth for the rest of us. The process of demystifying the “art of looking good” has resulted in the Reveal System and an enthusiasm to share these ideas with other women. Maytee operates a studio offering consulting services in style, fit, color, wardrobe planning, closet organization, personal shopping, and makeup application all of which culminate in creating a client’s best look.

Maytee has a great love and understanding of color, and sees it as an essential first step toward enhancing a client’s natural beauty. She has been affiliated with Sci\Art Global, LLC for several years under the direct mentorship of Kathryn Kalisz, who she considers to be the leading authority on color. She is currently a certified instructor for Sci\ART’S personal color analysis training program.
