Color Therapy Treatment Techniques: Light

Since light is the source of all color, it is only natural that colored light be the most common tool used today by physicians and practitioners of color therapy. Dichromatic lights provide pure color at its highest intensity. Physical healing is encouraged by directing colored light either towards the ailing areas of the body, directly through the eyes to affect the brain's hypothalamus, or by treating the chakra system of the body.

Color Therapy Lights

GE's Dichromatic Lights feature the purest, most intense color available in an incancescent type bulb. Provides warmth which is nice when treating colds, flu, and neuropathy in the legs and feet. Available in Red, Amber, Green and Blue.


Enlux High Intensity LEDs - use 65% less energy, lasts about 15 years, earth-friendly. No heat in the beam makes these lights great for treating larger at a closer distance a closer distance.

Instructions for General Therapy and Use for Infection Control

Illuminate the infected area for 10 - 20 minutes once or twice daily at a distance of two to four feet.

If infected area is on or near the face, please use the protective eyewear provided.
